Annette Martin Pilates is a friendly pilates class based in South Oxfordshire. I know how difficult it is to sometimes just walk through the door of a new class and I will be there to welcome you to your lesson. Putting you at ease, making the environment safe and accessible is a priority for me so you can then concentrate on yourself and getting the most out of your time in class. I promise you will leave your session feeling energised, focused and happy and your body will thank you for it
