crooked company

my husband bought an item into the shop(Farnworth) he agreed to pick it up on the 18th of September but on the ticket they printed it as the 16th. they are a set of horrible people trying to get one over on vulnerable people. so please be aware of the type of people you are doing business with. I bet I ain't the first and I sure as hell won't be the last it's a shame that society has come to this
